For years I was a personal trainer and then managed a weight loss center in Boise, Idaho. Love to focus on health and nutrition.

I am a twin mama of 23 year old old boys and a mama of a 16 year old daughter. I also have 2 beautiful granddaughters (who I am unable to show due to the world we live in). My boys are 23 and daughter is 16. Its hard to get them all in one place so this is an old picture!
